iv. Job Placement:

Within the stages of the program/project cycle, the impact and result of the project intervention are measured on the achievement of employment and self-employment data. In order to achieve a positive impact and measurable results, we have to find out the requirement of the employers/industries and assess the skill gaps of the beneficiaries. And our objective is to bridge the gap between the two entities. Similarly, there are processes for the beneficiaries to have a sustainable self-employment condition. The processes include additional training on enterprise development, business planning, financial management and marketing management. Many of our past project are based on this principle.
